1. Not Satisfied with Your Order

We value your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or it falls short of your expectations, you may be eligible for a free refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To help us address your concerns promptly, kindly include a photo of the item you received and provide details explaining why you are dissatisfied with your order. We will utilize this information to review your order and enhance our service and product offerings.

Please note that our refund policy is applicable for a period of 30 days from the delivery date. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, we are unable to provide a refund.

2. Damaged or Low-Quality Items

We take pride in delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or subpar product, we take full responsibility for any damage incurred during production and delivery. You may be eligible for a free refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team via our email: [email protected]. To expedite the process, kindly attach a photograph displaying the poor quality or damaged area of the item. For optimal images, lay the item flat and ensure the tag and error are clearly visible.

Once we assess your request and confirm the situation, we will promptly send you replacements. There is no need to return the defective items. We will utilize this information to assist you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.

Please be aware that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure, or aftermarket modification.

Our policy extends for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement.

3. Did not receive your product

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, you have the right to request a refund or a replacement for your order. Simply engage with our agent and provide your order information, and we will prioritize assisting you.

Note:

  • Please submit your request to our team within 1 months from placing the order. After this duration, tracking information may expire, and further assistance may no longer be possible.
  • In the event of a refund, it will be processed and credited to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Refund Time

All refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Once we issue the refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account. Please refer to the following table for more details:

  • Credit card: up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 7 business days

If the refund has not been posted to your account within the specified timeframe, kindly contact your card-issuing bank for further assistance.
